Harbor View Room This room features floor to ceiling windows with views of York Harbor, our outdoor pool, beach, ocean and stately "seaside cottages" of York Harbor. Harbor Porches This room is decorated in the style of the grand hotels of the 1920's. It offers floor to ceiling windows offering 270 degree views of the ocean. Sandpiper Room This room is for smaller groups. It overlooks the beach and ocean. Also in the room is a gas fireplace Ocean Point This room is idea for board room meetings. It offers two bathrooms, and sliding doors which open to the lawn and ocean views.
