- Adams Rooms are the smaller rooms in The Inn. Adams Rooms have either one double bed or two twin beds. All Adams rooms have a private bath, some with a claw foot tub, others with a stall shower. Cable TV, air conditioning and free wireless internet access are provided in all Adams Rooms. No rollaways allowed. Sleeps 2.

Go south on 95 approximately 22 miles and take Exit 25 (Kennebunk/Kennebunkport.)Take left at the end of the exit and follow signs to downtown Kennebunk (approximately two miles) on Route 35. At Main Street, take right; the Inn is three blocks on the left. Parking is immediately behind the Inn.
