Please Note- Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative- a voluntary donation of USD1.00 per room for each night of your stay will automatically be added to your bill. 100PCT of your contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation. For every dollar contributed by guests- the National Forest Foundation will invest USD1.50 in on-the-ground conservation. Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a deposit of 1 night plus tax at time of booking to an accepted credit card. The full balance will be charged 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All cancelled reservations will be refunded the deposit minus a 30USD penalty fee. However, reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to the full stay plus tax. All no-shows charged the full stay plus tax.
